I worked as an instructor for "Girls Make" program which is a summer innovation program to empower girls to pursue their interest in STEM subjects, providing them with the skills needed to make their ideas come true using Maker Education methodologies and Digital Fabrication techniques
Course Outline
Intro to Robotics
Students will learn the basics of robotics and how robots are built.
Electrical system & Programming
Students will deal with the electrical side of the robot, and they will learn about the robot’s brain and will program it to interact with other devices.
Mechanical Design & Manufacture
Students will deal with the mechanical side of the robot. They will create 2D and 3D designs and use digital fabrication methods to let their designs come alive.
