Program fees are $630 for the academic year to be paid in 9 installments ($70 monthly) whenever applicable.
Credit card information will be retained; the card on file will be automatically charged the program’s monthly installment for tuition.
Currently, there is no discount for multiple registrations/siblings.
Registration is final and no refunds will be issued. In case of special/exceptional circumstances, please send an email to bayan.academy@mascnj.org with detailed reasons for the cancellation request; they will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted a week before the monthly autocharge date.
Tuition remains the responsibility of any student who withdraws from the program before the end of the school year without a pre-approved request as stated above.
Students must meet the requirements for each class. Class teachers will assess students at the start of the academic year; they reserve the right to move students to different class levels if they do not meet the requirements of their currently registered class. Teachers’ assessment and relocation – if applicable – does not provide a valid excuse for program withdrawal.
Registered students are expected to attend all sessions. Parents/students must inform the class teacher and Bayan Academy administration of any anticipated absences in advance. Non-anticipated absences (e.g. illness) should be also reported. Students should work with their teachers to catch up with any material they have missed; no make-up classes are offered at the time being.
Students are expected to arrive early before class time.
Parents of children under 12 are advised to stay at the center during class time either at the Mussalah area or at the cafe.
Students must be dropped off and picked up from the second floor of the building. They must be picked up promptly at the end of class time. No before or aftercare is provided. Students left in the center before or after class time are the sole responsibility of their parents.Â
Students are requested to follow the following guidelines when they come to class:
Obey code of conduct and comply with Islamic guidelines.
Have Wudu and follow Islamic dress code to the best of their ability.
Bring their Mus’haf, a notebook and assigned book for Qaedah Nooraneyah (if applicable).
Students are advised to consistently use one Mus’haf for reading/memorizing the Quran and to bring that copy with them to class.
Registration must be completed online through the links on our website and flyers. Payment information is collected securely through a third-party processor. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email.
Program tuition is monthly; tuition for each class is listed in the class description file.
